All orders arrive in Milkheart Studio’s signature packaging, crafted to be as cherished as the piece itself. 

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be readied for dispatch. You will be provided with tracking information to accompany its passage to you. Delivery times vary by location, but most parcels arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

A flat fee of $5 applies to all orders. For clients whose treasures total $100 or more, we are delighted to offer complimentary shipping. 

As each piece is considered a final keepsake, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Once a parcel has been accepted by USPS, Milkheart Studio cannot assume responsibility for loss, delays, or damage in transit. Should an issue arise, we will gladly support you in filing a claim with the carrier.
